    Seeing as how the social engineers at Chicago City Hall are taxing bottled water, why not tax phone books? Phone books waste precious energy and resources during printing and delivery — and far too many go straight into Dumpsters where they’re picked up by trucks that burn fuel on their way to the landfill.
